The Cagayan de Oro Handmade Paper was founded in 1993 by Lolita Cabanlet, who experimented on handmade paper making in her kitchen using electric blenders.
The company started to manufacture in 1993 and exported paper products in 1997 to Belgium, USA and Japan. 70% of its workers are composed of women whose attention to detail and artistry breathe charm and beauty on each product. 30% are composed of men whose craftsmanship gave Cagayan de Oro Handmade Paper the mark of excellence.
Custom-made gifts and packaging are the company’s edge. Such as photo albums, journals, scrapbooks, gift boxes, gift bags and greeting cards. Its in-house Creative Design Team offers trendy, natural and natural contemporary product designs.
